Our ultimate goal is to see your health and wellness develop in a positive way, from fitness, to nutrition, and of course your overall wellbeing. We remain vigilant in preventing the spread of the COVID-19, and with the HK government enforcing stricter measures to curb local transmissions, we will be closing all our Fitness First centres beginning 10 December 2020 to safeguard the health of our cardholders and staff. This temporary closure is subject to review based on the health advisories issued by the HK government, we will keep you closely updated through our official social media pages and communications channels.
To ensure your best interests are taken care of, we will implement the following regarding your service plan and personal training packages during this closure period:
▸Your service plan will automatically be frozen from 10 Dec 2020 till 27 Jan 2021 ◂
Should there be an extension on the closure period, we will review this and make the necessary adjustments to best support our cardholders during this time.
▸Personal Training packages ◂
Your training package will automatically be extended for the duration of the closure period.
In order to stay active and healthy, consider participating in our Outdoor Coaching Programmes - Just 30 minutes of exercise a day will make a positive difference to your health.
